The BenchIQ brand, ready to use
Everything a partner needs to present BenchIQ correctly: the logo files, the colors, the spacing rules and the words. Download the kit or grab single files below.

The BenchIQ wordmark is custom italic lettering: BENCH in ink or white, IQ always in BenchIQ Blue. It is one piece of art — the two colors are part of the mark, not a style choice. Use it as supplied and never rebuild it from a typeface.
About BenchIQ
Words you can use
BenchIQ is the coaching platform for drawing drills, planning practices, studying film and developing athletes — all in one place.
BenchIQ gives coaches, athletes and families pro-caliber development tools: an animated drill editor, practice plans, a tagging film room with playlists, event-based stats and analytics, video analysis, and a team hub with messaging and scheduling. Built for hockey, expanding to more sports.
Write BenchIQ as one word with a capital B and a capital IQ. Say “bench-eye-cue”. The website is benchiq.hockey.
Logo files
The wordmark
Four versions, all PNG at print-ready resolution. Choose by background. Minimum size: 120 px wide on screen, 30 mm in print.

The IQ mark and app icon
When the full wordmark won’t fit, use the IQ mark. When you’re showing the app itself, use the app icon — the navy tile is the one in the stores. Minimum size for either: 24 px on screen, 8 mm in print.

Install-size tiles (192, 512 and 1024 px) and the favicon are in the kit under pwa/ and favicon/.
Spacing
Clear space and placement

- Clear space. Keep a margin around the logo at least the height of the I in IQ. Nothing — text, other logos, edges of a photo — goes inside it.
- Co-branding. Put your logo and ours side by side at similar visual weight, separated by a thin rule or clear space. Neither logo sits inside the other.
- Backgrounds. Prefer white, Ice or Navy. On photography, use a transparent version over a calm area with strong contrast.
- Alignment. The wordmark is italic; align it by its baseline, not its bounding box, when sitting next to text.
Color
The palette
BenchIQ Blue does the work; navy and white carry it. Use the tints sparingly and keep type in Ink or White for contrast.
The IQ in the wordmark, app icon tiles, accents. The one color to get right.
Dark backgrounds, the app's chrome, the store icon tile.
Body text on light backgrounds; the BENCH lettering on light.
Soft tint for panels and the ice app-icon tile.
Light backgrounds; the BENCH lettering on dark.
Type
Typography
The product uses the system sans-serif of each device — San Francisco, Segoe UI, Roboto. For partner materials, any clean geometric or grotesque sans works: Inter, Manrope, Helvetica, Arial. Headlines heavy, body regular, generous line height.
Don’t set “BenchIQ” in a display font to mimic the wordmark, and don’t italicize it in running text — the italic belongs to the logo. In prose it’s simply BenchIQ.
Usage
Do and don’t
- Do
- Use the files on this page exactly as supplied.
- Pick the wordmark version that matches your background: light on light, dark on dark, transparent on photos.
- Keep clear space around the logo of at least the height of the I in IQ, on every side.
- Write the name as BenchIQ: one word, capital B, capital I and Q.
- Say “powered by BenchIQ”, “available on BenchIQ” or “BenchIQ partner” — whichever we agreed.
- Don’t
- Don’t recolor the wordmark, swap the blue, or apply gradients, shadows, outlines or glows.
- Don’t stretch, squash, rotate, crop, or retype the lettering in another font.
- Don’t place the wordmark on busy photos without the transparent version and enough contrast.
- Don’t write Bench IQ, BenchIq, benchIQ, Bench-IQ or BENCH IQ in running text.
- Don’t use retired BenchIQ artwork, or imply endorsement of products we haven’t agreed to.
