Reps

The work between practices, finally counted

Three rings on the athlete's page — Skills, Fitness and IQ. Log a shooting session, a stretch or a quick-feet set and watch a ring close; play the Daily 5 and the IQ ring closes by itself. Streaks, weekly challenges and a Monday recap keep it going, and the coach sees who trained and can assign the next thing.

Reps on an athlete's page: three rings for Skills, Fitness and IQ, today's headline and streak, Log a session, this week's challenges and the athlete's habits
Three rings, one trained day — this week's challenges and habits underneath.
01

Three rings, one trained day

  • Skills and Fitness close on the minutes the athlete logs; IQ closes by itself from the Daily 5, a learning-path set or an assessment
  • Ring goals the athlete sets: how many minutes close each ring, how many trained days make a week
  • A day counts once anything is logged; one missed day every 30 is forgiven, so a sick day doesn't erase a month
  • A smaller copy of the rings at the top of the Hub and on the family dashboard
02

A library built for hockey

  • 100+ items with steps, coaching cues, equipment and a default length: shooting, stickhandling, passing, skating and edges, goalie work
  • Fitness for the off-ice week: bodyweight and weights, core, mobility and stretching, yoga, speed and footwork, conditioning
  • Pick habits with a weekly count — a shooting drill, a stretch, a quick-feet set — and log them in two taps
  • Goalies see goalie work first; everything is matched to the athlete's age band
03

Streaks, challenges and the weekly picture

  • Every week BenchIQ sets a few challenges — train four days, close the IQ ring five times, three Skills sessions — and one for the month
  • A 5 pm reminder when a streak is on the line, if the family wants it; a Monday recap of days trained, minutes and challenges done
  • History: the last eight weeks as a calendar
04

Coaches assign, families see

  • Develop → Training between practices: one row per athlete — rings, days trained, streak, assigned habits
  • Assign a habit from the library to one athlete or the roster, or set a team challenge; it lands in each athlete's Reps with the coach's name and the families are notified
  • The team hub shows who trained this week
  • Nothing to issue or redeem — assignments and challenges flow to every rostered athlete, including ones added later
05

Built for young athletes

  • Minutes, reps and effort only — never body weight, calories or measurements
  • Weights items carry a technique-only, coach-present note for under-13s
  • No leaderboards; the team strip shows days trained inside the team only, and guardians see everything
