Stats & analytics

Every stat, from whichever source you have

Track a game live from the bench, read the official game sheet, or tag the film — BenchIQ keeps one trustworthy stat line per player and per game, with a priority you control when sources disagree.

Three ways in, one record

  • Live tracker: goals, assists, shots, faceoffs, penalties and goalie saves from the bench on a phone or tablet
  • Game-sheet import: photograph or upload the official sheet and the AI reads it into the box score for your review before it applies
  • Film tags: every tagged moment in the film room is a clip AND a stat — tag a shot, get a shot
  • Source priority per game and per team — sheet over film over manual by default, change it when the sheet is wrong
The live tracker on a tablet: period and strength selectors, the roster as big tap targets with event counts, and the event sheet for one player — goals, assists, plus-minus, shots, faceoffs, penalty minutes

Read the season, not just the box score

  • Shot maps and heat maps — every located shot on the rink, ours and theirs, goals marked, filtered by player, for one game or the season
  • Team analytics: record, goals for and against, special teams, shot generation and suppression, faceoffs and discipline by game and by period
  • Player dashboards and leaderboards with the stats your team actually tracks — pick the columns per module
  • Game reports with an AI recap that only cites numbers the record contains
  • Three Stars of the Game: pick them, post them to the hub, share a card families can save
The shot map: every shot of the season plotted on the attacking half of the rink, goals marked, with a heat-map toggle, our shots versus against us, and a player filter
03

Trusted by design

  • Self-reported and coach-verified stats are kept apart, so the record stays honest
  • Every number traces back to a game, a sheet or a clip
  • Season and career totals follow the athlete across teams and seasons
A game report: the result header with Track live, Film room and Edit stats, the game-sheet attach card, the stat-source priority chips (game sheet first, film second, manual third), the AI summary and Three Stars cards, goals by strength and scoring by period

Stop keeping stats in three places

Live, sheet or film — pick what you have and the season reads itself.
