Objective: The heavy forecheck: two forwards hunt the puck, F3 reads, and the D pinch to kill wall exits — trade risk for turnovers. Setup: Full forechecking unit vs a breakout unit. Walk through the rotations, then live. Execution: F1 finishes on the retrieval; F2 arrives on the puck a beat later — body then puck. F3 hovers the middle reading the rim: he takes the wall pass on his side or supports the slot. Both D pinch DOWN the walls on any rimmed puck; F3 becomes the safety when a D pinches. Coaching points: This system dies when F2 hesitates — the second wave is the steal. D pinch to END plays, not to 'maybe' — half pinches are odd-man rushes against. Turnover = instant offense: everyone is already deep.
