3v2 + Backchecker Race

Objective: A 3v2 that dies in three seconds — attack with urgency before the backchecker erases it. Setup: Three attackers at center, two D in the neutral zone, one backchecker starting 15 feet behind the rush. Execution: On the whistle the trio attacks 3v2; the backchecker sprints to take away the high forward. Attackers must create the chance BEFORE the backcheck arrives — middle drive is mandatory. Backchecker takes the first pass-option he can reach; then live until the whistle. Coaching points: The middle drive forces the D to make a choice — use it. First good shot beats the perfect fourth pass here. Backchecker: skate THROUGH the hands, stick flat in the lane.
