Continuous 2v0 Both Ends

Full IceIntermediate1v0Warm-upPassing
Objective: Pairs attacking alternating nets with no whistles — a flow warm-up that keeps both goalies busy and everyone's legs moving. Setup: Pairs stacked at center ice facing alternating directions. Both goalies in their nets. Execution: First pair attacks one net 2v0: carry, exchange at least one pass, finish before the hash marks. The moment the shot is taken, the next pair attacks the OTHER net. Shooters stop at the net, then loop back to center and rejoin. Three rounds, tempo rising each round. Coaching points: Passes in stride — a 2v0 warm-up with gliding passes warms up nothing. Vary the finish: far pad, short side, one-timer — tell your partner which. Goalies track every rush even while the play is at the other end.
