D-to-D One-Timer Bombs

O-ZoneHalf IceElite1v0Shooting/ScoringPassing
Objective: The D-to-D one-timer from the blue line — loaded before the pass, released through traffic. Setup: Two D at the points, screen forward at the net, pucks with the strong-side D. Goalie live. Execution: D1 walks a step to pull the imaginary PK, then moves it D-to-D. D2 is loaded before the pass leaves — hips open, blade waiting — and one-times it low. Screen forward tips or clears the sightline. Six pucks, then rotate all three spots. Coaching points: Load EARLY: the windup happens while the puck travels, not after it arrives. Keep it low and on net — a blocked point one-timer is a breakaway against. D1's pass is flat and firm to the SHOOTING side of D2's body.
