Four-Corner Give-and-Go
O-ZoneHalf IceBeginner1v0PassingPuck Control
Objective: High-rep passing with movement — pass, follow, and get open again. Setup: Four groups, one on each corner of the zone. One puck to start, add a second when it's clean. Execution: Pass around the perimeter — every pass is followed by a hard cut toward the middle cone and back out (give-and-go shape). After passing, follow your pass to the next corner. Reverse direction on the whistle; add a second puck for chaos. Coaching points: Pass to where the target's stick IS, not where it was. Cuts are game speed — sell them. Call for it: eyes + stick + voice.
