Inside-Out Rush - Continuous Flow
U14U16U18Full IceIntermediateAdvancedElite1v01v1PassingTransition
The Inside-Out Rush is a continuous flow drill to get players exiting the d-zone with speed. This drill has a timing aspect to it that forces players to have full-ice awareness--if the either side gets too-far off pace, then the drill needs to be reset to prevent overlap. You can add progressions so after the shot, that player must gap up and play defense against the oncoming attacker, before they transition back in line.
