Three-Line Weave Flow

Full IceIntermediate1v0PassingWarm-up
Objective: Three-line weave with a rule that builds hockey sense: pass, then chase behind the man you hit. Setup: Three lines on the goal line — left wall, middle, right wall. Pucks with the middle line. Goalie in the far net. Execution: Middle passes to a wing and follows BEHIND him, filling that lane. The new carrier passes across to the third skater and does the same — lanes stay full. Whoever crosses the far blue with it attacks and shoots; all three drive the net. Coaching points: Pass and CHASE — go behind the man you hit, never in front of him. Three lanes stay filled the whole length; the weave collapses when two share a lane. Passes lead the man north; catch everything in stride.
