Triangle Keep-Away 3v1

Cross-Ice / Small AreaBeginner3v3PassingSmall-Area Games
Objective: Support angles and pass timing under live pressure. Setup: Groups of four in a marked area: three attackers, one checker. Rotate the checker every 30 seconds. Execution: Three attackers keep the puck from the checker — 10 clean passes scores a point. After every pass the passer MUST relocate to a new support angle (triangle never flattens). Checker who wins the puck swaps with the player who lost it. Coaching points: Two touches max — catch and move it. Support at 45° angles, never hiding behind the checker. Fakes freeze the checker; use eyes and shoulders.
