Two-Puck Circle Pepper

Cross-Ice / Small AreaBeginner1v0Warm-upPassing
Objective: Six players around a circle, two pucks flying — a hands-and-eyes wake-up that doubles as a passing tune-up. Setup: Six players spaced around a faceoff circle, two pucks starting on opposite sides. Execution: Pass across or around the circle — receiver's choice — but never to a player who already has a puck coming. One-touch only; call the receiver's name BEFORE you pass. Two minutes, then reverse the flow; add a third puck for the last 30 seconds. Coaching points: Stick blade on the ice showing a target at all times. Head checks between touches — know where the OTHER puck is. Crisp and flat: warm-up passes set the standard for the whole practice.
