Attack-Triangle Toe Drags

O-ZoneHalf IceAdvanced1v0Puck Control
Objective: Toe drags at speed through a cone triangle — the pull-across move rehearsed until it survives a real stick. Setup: Three cones in a triangle between the circles. Players with pucks in the high corner, goalie live. Execution: Attack each cone as if it were a defender's stick: toe drag the puck across your body at full reach. Feet never slow down — the drag happens mid-stride, not from a glide. Out of the last cone, get to the middle and finish. Rotate on the shot. Coaching points: Roll the top wrist so the toe caps the puck — drag it flat, don't slap at it. Full extension sells it: puck goes from all the way out to tight on the body in one pull. Eyes forward through every drag; the puck lives in peripheral vision.
