Bulldog Puck Crossing

U6U8U10Cross-Ice / Small AreaBeginner1v1Small-Area GamesPuck Control
Objective: British bulldog with pucks — cross the zone without getting stripped, and every kid gets a hundred protective touches. Setup: Cross-ice area. Everyone with a puck on one side; two bulldogs (no pucks) in the middle. Execution: On 'BULLDOG!', everyone carries across to the far side; bulldogs try to knock pucks away. Lose your puck (out of the area = lost) and you become a bulldog next round. Play until one carrier remains — that's the champion; restart with new bulldogs. Coaching points: Head up across the whole zone — pick your lane BEFORE you skate into traffic. Puck on the far side of your body as you pass a bulldog. Change speeds: slow into the gap, explode through it.
