Motion Based Offense (MBO) - High Roll
U16U14O-ZoneAdvanced5v5Team Systems
Motion based offense is an offensive zone strategy that engages active movement from both the forwards and defense. This MBO high-roll concept is when the forwards climb the wall and the strong-side defenseman drives the net. The weakside defense is an outlet pass for the forward with the puck or can run a switch and receive a drop pass from the forward cutting the seam.
