Net-Front War: Own the Blue Paint

U14U16U18O-ZoneAdvanced1v1Shooting/ScoringBattles/Compete
Objective: Live net-front battle: the screener fights for position through a box-out and finishes the rebound. Setup: D with pucks at the point, one net-front attacker vs one live defender boxing out. Goalie live. Execution: Attacker establishes the screen; defender battles to move him and front the shot. D shoots through the traffic; the pair wars for the rebound — attacker finishes, defender clears. Best of five pucks, then a new pair steps in. Losers push the net back. Coaching points: Position before contact — get to the spot first, then hold it with your base. Attacker: one hand on your stick freeing yourself, blade always on the ice. Finish rebounds low and immediately — the goalie is scrambling, don't aim.
