This is a highly versatile 1/2 ice drill working the Defense in both net-front protection and Blue-Line offense concepts. The Forwards are also highly engaged with screens/tips/rebounds that moves right into a breakout, neutral zone regroup and 2v2 or 4v2 offensive attack. Goalies get a lot of different shooting angles and game-like scenarios.

Step 4 — F1 Drives Net, D3 Walks Blue-Line
Step 5 — D3 Shoots through Screen, D1 boxes out F1
Step 6 — F2 Low to High to D4
Step 7 — D4 Walks Line, F2 Drives Net
Step 8 — D4 Shoots through F2 Screen
Step 9 — F1/F2 Break to Wall, D3/D4 Pivot to Points
Step 10 — Breakout Pass to F1 or F2
Step 11 — Hard Pass to D4 or D3
Step 12 — Initiate Regroup out of Zone
Step 13 — D-to-D pass Regroup
Step 14 — Pass to F for Zone-Entry
Step 15 — 2v2 or 4v2 Attack
Step 16 — Drop-Pass or other Zone Entry
Step 17 — 5-second scoring chance
Step 18 — Box-out/protect net-front
