Two-Puck Split Vision

Half IceAdvanced1v0Puck Control
Objective: Carry two pucks at once while reading a coach — overload the hands so one puck feels easy. Setup: Players with two pucks each, a lane down the zone, coach standing at the end signaling. Execution: Move both pucks down the lane with alternating touches — left puck, right puck, never both at once. Coach signals lane changes and speed changes mid-carry; miss a signal, restart. Finish by leaving one puck at the far line and attacking back with the other at full speed. Coaching points: Touches are pushes, not slaps — each puck travels a blade-length per touch. Eyes live on the coach; both pucks stay in the bottom of your vision. When it falls apart, slow the feet — the hands were never the problem.
