Objective: First goal wins and the winners stay on — a king's-court tournament that makes every puck matter. Setup: Cross-ice area with two cone nets. Teams of three; challengers staged on the wall. Execution: Play to ONE goal — winner stays on the court, loser skates off, next team enters immediately. Coach spots the puck the moment the new team's skates hit the zone. Three straight wins = dynasty; dynasty team picks the next game's twist. Coaching points: One-goal games reward the first honest scoring chance — attack NOW. New team on: the first 5 seconds decide it — sprint into the play. Champions get tired — challengers should press early.
