Corner-to-Corner Gauntlet

Full IceAdvanced1v1ConditioningBattles/Compete
Objective: Carry the full length of the wall through three live checkers — a gauntlet that trains puck control precisely when the legs are gone. Setup: Three checkers spaced along one wall, carriers with pucks in the corner. Goalie in the far net. Execution: Carry corner to corner along the wall; each checker angles and pokes as you pass — body contact, no full checks. Lose the puck anywhere: restart the wall from the last checker beaten. Clear the gauntlet, cut to the net, and finish. Sprint back outside the checkers; three gauntlets per set. Coaching points: Protect with the inside arm and keep the feet driving — slowing down invites the second poke. Change speeds between checkers so nobody times you. The finish counts: gauntlet survivors who fumble the shot did half the job.
