Two-Puck Bedlam 3v3
U12Cross-Ice / Small AreaIntermediate3v3Small-Area Games
Objective: 3v3 cross-ice with TWO live pucks — attack with one, defend the other, and nobody gets to watch. Setup: Cross-ice area with a cone net on each wall. Two teams of three; coach spots two pucks at once. Execution: Both pucks are live the entire shift — either can score on either net. Teams must split attention: you're always attacking AND defending somewhere. Score with both pucks in the same shift = bonus point. 60-second shifts. Coaching points: Scan on every touch — the dangerous puck is the one you can't see. Talk is the tiebreaker: call the free man and the loose puck. Don't chase both — decide, commit, trust your teammates.
