1-3-1 Power Play

O-ZoneAdvanced5v4Power PlayTeam Systems
Objective: The modern 1-3-1: a quarterback, two one-timer flanks, a bumper in the middle, and a net-front — five triangles at once. Setup: PP unit in the 1-3-1 shape vs a diamond PK (add the PK once the movement is clean). Execution: QB walks the line to move the diamond; flanks stay one-timer ready with feet set. The bumper is the pressure valve — any time a lane closes, hit the middle and play out the back side. Net-front screens on every shot and owns rebounds; rotate the puck faster than the box can shift. Coaching points: Flanks: blade open, weight loaded — the pass arrives ready to fire. QB shoots when the PK collapses low; that shot is always there. One-touch through the bumper flips the point of attack faster than any seam pass.
