Fast play 4v2 Small Area Game (SAG) - 4 offensive players and 2 defensive players on each side. They cannot cross the tire line and must stay on their own side. Rotate players between offensive, defense, and out every minute or after a goal.

Step 3 — Quick passes to try and score
Step 4 — Move off the puck to get open
Step 5 — Move the puck Low to High
Step 6 — Find open space
Step 7 — Setup a scoring chance
Step 8 — Backdoor goals
Step 9 — Crash the net
Step 10 — Collapse on the rebound
Step 11 — Retrieve the loose puck
Step 12 — Move it to the offensive side
Step 13 — Repeat - Low to High
Step 14 — Find open space
Step 15 — Move off the puck
Step 16 — Quick passes
Step 17 — Setup the scoring chance
Step 18 — Quick shots
