Aggressive Czech Press PK

D-ZoneElite5v5Penalty KillTeam Systems
Objective: The full-pressure kill: all four killers press their nearest man on every catch — the PP never gets a set formation, a clean look, or a breath. Setup: Killers start in a loose diamond, then convert to pure pressure: each attacks the nearest touch, always arriving as the puck does. Execution: Press ON THE CATCH — the killer leaves as the pass is released so his pressure and the puck arrive together. Angles steer everything to the perimeter: press inside-out, stick first in the return lane so the easy escape pass is gone too. Trigger: a forced rim, a bobble or a backhand under pressure = the second killer jumps the outlet and the kill turns into a 200-foot clear or a shorthanded rush. Coaching points: Use it when: your killers skate — this system converts conditioning into turnovers and can flip momentum in one shift. What beats it: one-touch passing that moves faster than the press — one beaten presser means a 4-on-3 behind him, so support angles must pre-rotate. Never press flat-footed and never press second-best: if you can't win the race to the touch, sink back to the wedge and wait for the next trigger.
