Goal-Line Low Attack

O-ZoneAdvanced3v2Power Play
Objective: Run the PP's low play from below the goal line: walk the line, read the goalie, pick jam or bumper. Setup: Puck carrier below the goal line, bumper in the low slot, net-front presence; two passive PKers defend the house. Goalie live. Execution: Carrier walks the goal line behind the net, changing sides to move the PK's low defenders. Goalie glued to the post: feed the bumper in the low slot for a quick strike. Goalie cheating off the post to front the bumper: walk out and jam short-side. Rotate spots every five pucks. Coaching points: The walk IS the play — a stationary carrier below the line threatens nothing. Read the goalie's skates: on the post means bumper, off the post means jam. Bumper: quiet stick until the feed leaves, then catch-and-shoot.
