Goalie Lateral T-Push Tracking

O-ZoneIntermediate1v0GoalieShooting/Scoring
Objective: Goalie movement drill disguised as a shooting drill: track passes, arrive set, square to every release. Setup: Three shooters spread high slot / both flanks, each with pucks. Coach controls tempo. Execution: Shooters pass on the coach's rhythm — flank to slot to flank; goalie T-pushes with each pass. On 'shoot!', the puck-holder releases immediately. Goalie must be SET before the release; shooters score double if he's sliding. Coaching points: Eyes lead, then stick, then body — square to the puck, not the player. Big push, quiet feet: one T-push beats three shuffles. Reset to the top of the crease between reps.
